The hotel's location is perfect for transit in San Francisco, right across the street from the Bart Station, but the area can feel unsafe. The rooms, especially from the 17th floor, were worn and dusty, not meeting expectations for the price paid.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The room I stayed in was great - spacious, clean, and with a lovely view from the windows. The price was definitely worth it for the quality of the room. The service was exceptional, with the staff being very attentive to our needs, particularly Shawn, the engineer who went above and beyond. The location was ideal, close to both the cable car and Union Square for easy access to shopping. However, I did have a minor issue with the size of the room, but the view made up for it. Overall, a great stay.
